Grant Taylor

Grant’s story is one of raw resilience, inner awakening and the courage to start over again and again.

Before founding Find Your Grit, Grant was a professional boxer, relentlessly pursuing strength and mastery in the ring. He learned how to fight, endure and win but it wasn’t until an injury forced him out of the sport that he began to understand what real strength actually meant. The forced stillness turned him inward, revealing that power isn’t born from control, it’s born from connection.

Not long after, Grant walked away from a promising career to care for his paralyzed stepdad. It was a defining moment that reshaped his entire view of success and purpose. In showing up for another person’s healing, he found his own. That experience became the seed of Find Your Grit - a mission built on the belief that transformation starts on the inside and that the body, mind and spirit must move as one.

Those experiences laid the foundation for Find Your Grit, a calling that grew from the intersection of resilience, healing and transformation. Over time, his practice evolved beyond the physical, blending strength training and mindset work with ancient wisdom and internal practices that cultivate emotional depth and spiritual balance.

What began as personal training evolved into a deeper calling: helping people rebuild from the inside out. Today, Grant draws from his experiences in sport, loss, caregiving, and self-reinvention to guide others toward a strength that doesn’t fade when life hits hard. Focusing his work on guiding others to embody their fullest potential by aligning the mind, body and heart. His teaching is less about pushing harder and more about uncovering what’s already there.

Grant Taylor is living proof that when all parts of you align, everything changes. Through presence, grounded truth and lived experience, he reminds us that real strength is quiet, honest, and deeply human.

Avery

Avery’s journey is one of evolution through devotion: a lifelong exploration of what it truly means to live in alignment.

Her story began on the basketball court, where she built her identity as a professional athlete—driven, disciplined and fiercely dedicated. But when a career-ending injury forced her off the court, she found herself standing face to face with a different kind of challenge: the invitation to go inward.

That moment shifted everything. What had once been a pursuit of external success became a journey toward inner wholeness. Avery has trained hundreds of athletes, individuals with neurological movement disorders and those seeking a more holistic path to well-being. Her approach expanded beyond performance into connection, embodiment and the integration of mind, body and spirit.

Her curiosity for what lies beneath the surface continues to guide her. Now studying to become a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Avery is merging ancient healing systems with modern performance science. Wherever she goes, she sees what’s missing in her own practice and builds the bridge that makes the picture whole.

Rooted in grounded presence and love, Avery helps people reconnect with their truth and awaken the strength that already lives within them, blending structure with soul, movement with stillness and knowledge with deep care.

For Avery, growth isn’t about perfection, it’s about integration.

And when you find that balance, you don’t just change your life, you come home to it.
